TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment, material, contacting
All payments are upfront via Ko-Fi.
Refunds and character changes are available up until I set my concept for your commission.
If I take more than 30 days to begin your commission, you can ask for a 100% refund. I will inform you if I cannot make the full repayment upfront.
Please have an idea in mind for what you want to commission me for (eg, fullbody fanart of Zappa, sketch with colour).
Please have ample references for me to use. Clear visual references preferred.
You are free to give up to three pointers. The limit is to prevent me from getting exploited for AI training or usage.
You are also free to ask for up to three progress images throughout my drawing process. The limit is to prevent me from getting exploited for AI training or usage.
If you are a friend, mutual, contact or someone I admire, you may get a variable % discount.
If you commission me to draw Zappa I will not only love you forever but it'll be 10% cheaper.

Rights, Terms of Use
I have the right to deny any commission request, for any reason.
You can request to remain anonymous on my commission history spreadsheet.
You can ask for a "receipt" of your payment, including your request, for any reason. This "receipt" is for purchase history only and does not make you liable for a refund.
My commission work is for personal use only. Do not resell, profit from or redistribute my art if you buy a commission unless I am aware of its use (eg, in a youtube video), then I can give you an exception. If you are a great or repeat offender I will take action in requesting you pay me royalties.

All payments are upfront via Ko-Fi.
Pricing is loosely based on the New Zealand hourly minimum wage. At the moment the New Zealand dollar is approximately half as valuable as the American dollar.
Image sizes are varied depending on the size or pose of the subject matter. Each piece is a derivative of a 950px x 1425px canvas.
You are to choose your desired commission through a feature selection process. You are to pick the options you want and the total cost will be what you pay.
Options listed as percentages are added onto the total price (a second character would increase the final price by 50%).
